Lastminute.com had a low customer retention rate compared to the online travel industry average. This is problematic as Customer Retention programs provide a better ROI than Customer Acquisition.

Our Solution:

We revamped the email design to be more engaging and visually dynamic, improved the management of the CRM channel and implemented a sophisticated approach to behavioural segmentation.

Result:

We improved the customer engagement through new visuals and a mobile-friendly design. All of these activities resulted in increased retention rate of customers while simultaneously reducing costs.

We partnered with JWT London to deliver improved visual and email marketing campaigns. Our mobile-first approach dramatically improved the CTR.
